I’ve been working on a new project for the last few days, and now it is finally live. The idea behind this project came as some friends and I were discussing various online banks and the relatively high interest rates they have. I’ve used ING Direct for some time now, but a ton of new ones are continually opening up, and determining what features each one has, how it rates, what interest rates and bonuses it offers, etc, can be very time-consuming.
With that in mind, I set about to create a little site that would list all of these and allow users to review and discuss their favorite (or least favorite) online banks. My goal was to keep the site simple and fast-loading, and keep the advertising unobtrusive and less detracting than you’ll see on similar sites. Check it out - Best Savings Rates - and let me know if I’ve succeeded :)

2Great idea! It might be useful to identify what country this is for. Your “About” page doesn’t seem to be loading, so I had to scroll down to find out what country you are located in (You mention Utah so I assume USA). Remember, although the same banks are in different countries, their policies and rates may be different. A wise man remembers that the web isn’t American, it is global.
